Our Story

Ladybrook Equestrian (LBE) Show Stables & Academic Consulting Conglomerate was established in 2023 by renowned educator and equestrian, Brooke Schneider. Brooke was born in Malibu, California where she discovered her love of horses and riding at the age of eight. Her equestrian career began as a member of the 4-H and United States Pony Club before progressing to competition on the West Coast hunter/jumper show circuit astride her beloved pony, Lady Mudpie. At the age of sixteen, Brooke began her professional equestrian career working with and training horses and riders in Agoura Hills, California. She discovered her love for teaching and connecting with horses and young riders and working to overcome challenges and obstacles in a collaborative style. Brooke’s passion for horses and education first merged several years before making the move to Arizona to attend university in 2012.

Brooke attended Northern Arizona University where she earned a bachelor of science in elementary education degree (BS.Ed) in 2016. After graduating, she moved from Flagtstaff to the Phoenix Metropolitan area where she began her early childhood, elementary, and secondary teaching career as a certified classroom teacher. While teaching full time, Brooke continued her own schooling at Arizona State University where she earned her masters degree in curriculum and instruction (M.Ed) in 2020 and a her doctoral degree in education (Ed.D) in 2024. Her doctoral research and dissertation are in emotional intelligence and trauma-informed practice in the early childhood classroom. In 2023, Brooke decided to leave the classroom behind and reach students through the equestrian sport by becoming the founder and head trainer of Ladybrook Equestrian (LBE) Show Stables and Academic Conglomerate, as an innovative business concept that is the first of its kind.

LBE Show Stables is a premier full service hunter, jumper, and equitation training facility located at Desert Palms Equestrian Center in Cave Creek, Arizona. Offering both training for horses and riders in the disciplines of hunters, jumpers, and equitation and teaching, tutoring, and consulting services for students from two years of age to adulthood.
